Iowa Bucks
Came in to hunt with Straight Arrow in 1st gun season Dec 1-5. Temps were supposed to be in the 60's and I know that is bad as you want COLD. Glad I came anyway, 5 in camp all tagged out with 140-175" bucks in 2 days. The first evening everyone saw between 25-35 deer and in hot weather. I also had a friend have a great bow hunt here in October. If it had been cold, I am sure we would have all killed really big deer. These guys do it right, have great property and the lodging is excellent. Highly recommended...

Arizona Hunting Information
Arizona has lots of trophy big game but is probably best known for its trophy elk and mule deer. This partially due to the limited number of tags available.
Utah Hunting Information
Utah has recently been outstanding for trophy elk, but the best tags take many years to draw. Utah does have conservation tags available for purchase that allow hunters to bypass the drawing. Given the high demand for these premium tags prices can be high. In the past Utah has been a top trophy mule deer state but recently only a handful of units consistently produce B&C caliber deer.
Colorado Hunting Information
Colorado is one of the best western states for trophy mule deer hunting and has the largest population of elk in the west.
