Bad management at Ford Ranch
I hunt a small farm next to the Ford ranch. I had a bad experience with a person from the ford ranch running property boundary fence lines at peak hunting times. At 715 am and 515 pm they would make a pass along the property line to harass us and drive the deer off. I would be upset if I was hunting by myself, but I was really upset because I took my two youngest children huntjng to try and get their first deer. I have a 7 and 5 y/o that I had to explain to why someone would want to drive our deer off. I have been fighting cancer for the last two years and my prognosis doesn't look that great. I was trying to make great memories with my children only to be ruined by the ford ranch. Several years ago I shot a decent buck that ran 150 yds jumped the fence and laid dead 5 ft into the ford ranch property. I called and spoke with a nice lady saying she would send a ranch hand to retrieve the deer. Ten minutes later Mr. Forrest Armke called back saying no one was gonna get my deer for me and I wasn't allowed to go on their property to retrieve the deer. I told them they could have the deer I didn't want it to go to waste. He informed me he wasn't concerned about the deer and in no way was I to be allowed on their property and hung up. So beware if you plan on making a hunt on the Ford Ranch in Melvin Texas what kind if ranch manager he really is.

Alberta Hunting Information
Alberta is a large, diverse province with rolling prairies, farmland, river bottoms, Boreal forests, and large expanses of the northern Rocky Mountains. Many species of big game, waterfowl, upland game and predators inhabit Alberta. Long known for monster whitetails, Alberta also is home to big mule deer, pronghorn antelope, elk, black bear, cougar, Canada moose, and bighorn sheep. In fact, 7 of the 10 largest bighorn sheep in Boone and Crockett record book are from Alberta. In addition to big game, Alberta offers some top notch bird hunting. Serious waterfowlers know about the large flocks of ducks and geese that call Alberta home or migrate through.
Ohio Hunting Information
