Reviewer Comments: THEIR ONLY PROBLEM IS THEY NEED MORE LAND BUT THEIR SUCCESS RATE IS VERY HIGH. THEY ARE VERY GOOD PEOPLE. THE PRICE IS RIGHT FOR THE WORKING MAN. ONE OF THE BEST SMALL RANCHES IN COLORADO. IN 5 DAYS SAW OVER 100 MULIES AND 60 ELK. SHOT A 250 INCH BULL AND LOST IT MISSED A COW AND KILLED A MULE DEER DOE. SAW A 190 INCH MULIE.
