NOT A GOOD OUTFITTER
Not a good hunt especially the cost of the hunt. The so called guide was 21 years old who never had killed or successfully guided for a goat. He had to be pushed and could not climb the mountain or pack the goat. I had to leave meat on mountain because I could only carry head/cape myself as the others were too tired. He had no spotting scope and had to borrow binos. Expect to eat leftover game every meal, cook was 19 and never cooked for anyone before. Outfitter areas are easy access for locals, will see many. While talking to other hunters, overall success is poor. If you choose to hunt with this outfitter, be sure to get everything you agree to in writing with owner Dennis LeVeque, as he lied to me. Call me if you want any other reasons to not use this outfitter, 314-750-4121.
Outfitter Response: Mr. Lohrer didnt tell you is that this inexperienced guide got him a record book 10 1/2" Billy Goat on the third day of his hunt. And he forgot to mention that the outfitter had to bust his butt to make special arrangements to get an unscheduled airplane into the wilderness at Mr. Lohrer request just so he could go home early and then he didnt pay for it which he agreed to!

Reviewer Comments: Two of us Booked this hunt for June 04. Hunt couldn't be carried over for medical reason but when I needed to cancel and re-book wouldn't return several calls. Spoke with wife still no return calls. Sent money for bear tags and had to fight with family member to have them sent to us. Well we lost our deposit, given a bogus phone number that say's it all. they also own D&L elk in Montana.

British Columbia Hunting Information
British Columbia is an excellent hunting destination that offers a wide variety of game species. Vast wilderness areas and pristine coastlines provide world class adventure hunting for those seeking that trip of a lifetime. BC is arguably best known for big coastal black bears, Canada moose, grizzly bear, mountain lion, Dall sheep and Stone sheep. Hunters can book a hunt with an outfitter and avoid the license drawing process common in most U.S. states.
Iowa Hunting Information
Iowa is one of the best Midwestern states for monster whitetail bucks. Non-residents must apply for a tag in their annual drawing. Archery tags are the most sought after and depending on what units you apply for generally take 2-4 years to draw.
Illinois Hunting Information
Illinois is widely known as a top trophy whitetail destination. Illinois also has some great waterfowl hunting, especially in southern portions of the state.
